’FROM GEOMETRY TO ARTISTRY’ INSTALLATION IN SYDNEY
Vacheron Constantin has collaborated with Australian Contemporary artist Reko Rennie on a totem, wallpaper and augmented reality experience ‘from Geometry to Artistry’ at the Maison’s Sydney flagship boutique.
Art and technology push new boundaries.

From geometry ...
Inspired by a deep connection to land, culture and Indigenous identity, contemporary Artist Reko Rennie has created an exclusive art installation for the Sydney maison using his signature geometric patterns which are part of Reko’s visual language. Merging his repetitive geometric line work, bold colours and mirror, Reko Rennie adds a new dimension to this eclusive work using augmented reality.

... TO ARTISTRY
This sensory exhibition entices viewers into an immersive engagement where the mirror erases perceived physical boundaries to rupture the gaze of oneself and the work they are looking at.
Through Reko’s artwork, new dimensions emerge in the physical and digital world revealing ‘from Geometry to Artistry’.

ABOUT REKO RENNIE
Reko Rennie is an interdisciplinary Australian artist who explores personal and political narratives through the lens of his Aboriginal (Kamilaroi) heritage, alongside broader cultural themes around power, identity, memory and history. Rennie’s distinctive visual language negotiates a hybrid form of contested binaries – visible and invisible, public and private, urban and traditional – to provoke discussion of cultural and social visibility in a contemporary environment.
