Your Vacheron Constantin watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. To enhance trust and transparency, we have introduced the digital passport.

Your Vacheron Constantin watch is under warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects that are found and recognised as such by a Vacheron Constantin authorised repair center. Any part found to be defective will be, at the sole discretion of Vacheron Constantin, repaired or replaced free of charge.

All master line Vacheron Constantin watches still within the initial 2-year warranty period under the original International Limited Warranty will be eligible to benefit from 6-year extension, for a total of 8 years warranty.

All our Vacheron Constantin timepieces undergoing a Restoration or Complete Service are protected by a 2-years service warranty for defects on the work carried our and the components replaced.

The following terms of the Vacheron Constantin Limited Warranty apply to Vacheron Constantin watches sold or presented for warranty service in the United States of America and Canada (for Australia, please refer to the Vacheron Constantin Warranty for Australia here below and for other countries, please refer to the Vacheron Constantin International Warranty hereabove).
Your Vacheron Constantin watch is warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects that are found and recognised as such by a Vacheron Constantin authorised repair center, subject to the following conditions. Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect by an authorised Vacheron Constantin repair center will be, at the sole discretion of Vacheron Constantin, repaired or replaced free of charge.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, this Limited warranty shall be the exclusive manufacturer warranty . Neither this Limited warranty nor any other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, shall extend beyond the period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase.
The liability of Vacheron Constantin is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement as stated herein. Vacheron Constantin shall not be liable, by virtue of this Limited warranty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of the use of or inability to use your watch or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to your watch. Some States, Provinces or Territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the hereunder limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The Vacheron Constantin Limited warranty does not cover:
- defects and damage caused by accidents, improper or abusive use (including knocks, dents, crushing, etc.);
- normal wear and tear of the components;
- misuse or lack of regular maintenance or cleaning of the watch;
- defects resulting from magnetic fields or climatic conditions;
- infiltration of humidity into the case and oxidation (in the case of non-water-resistant watches);
- alterations, tampering, dismantling or services and repairs carried out by anyone else other than the Vacheron Constantin After-Sales Service in Geneva, Switzerland or one of its authorised repair centres;
- any non-metallic straps or bracelets (leather, rubber synthetic polymer, etc.);
- watches with the serial number or any other identification mark removed or altered;
- theft or loss.
In order to benefit from this Vacheron Constantin Limited warranty , you will be required to present the original warranty certificate, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorised Vacheron Constantin dealer. Any modification, transformation or alteration of the warranty certificate after its completion will render it null and void.
This Limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, in addition to which you may have other legal rights which vary from Country to Country, from State to State, from Province to Province and from Territory to Territory.

The following terms of the Vacheron Constantin International warranty apply to Vacheron Constantin watches sold or presented for warranty service in any country except the United States of America and Canada (for these countries, please refer to the Vacheron Constantin Limited Warranty you will find below) and Australia where the Vacheron Constantin Warranty for Australia applies (see below).
Your Vacheron Constantin watch is under warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (except where Vacheron Constantin confirms an extension of the warranty in writing) against manufacturing defects that are found and recognised as such by a Vacheron Constantin authorised repair center, subject to the following conditions. The Vacheron Constantin International warranty does not cover:

This Vacheron Constantin Warranty for Australia applies to Vacheron Constantin products purchased or presented for guarantee repairs in Australia only.
Mandatory Statutory Rights
Our goods come with a warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Vacheron Constantin Warranty
This Vacheron Constantin Warranty gives you additional rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and any other laws in relations to the goods. Every Vacheron Constantin watch is made and tested to meet the Vacheron Constantin quality standards. Nevertheless, should your Vacheron Constantin watch prove defective, please contact the Vacheron Constantin dealer indicated on your warranty certificate; only authorised Vacheron Constantin dealers are entitled to provide warranty services as defined in this Vacheron Constantin Warranty. In order to benefit from this Vacheron Constantin international warranty, you will be required to present the original warranty certificate:
1. Warranty certificate - paper version
The warranty certificate must be duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorised Vacheron Constantin dealer.
2. Warranty certificate - chip card
- The purchase date must be indicated on the card.
- The card must have been connected to a peripheral device by an authorised Vacheron Constantin dealer during the purchase, enabling the data recording in Vacheron Constantin data base.
This Vacheron Constantin Warranty covers defects of materials or workmanship of your Vacheron Constantin watch. Subject to your Mandatory Statutory Rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Vacheron Constantin will remedy these identified defects free of charge for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, Vacheron Constantin will repair any defective watch or part subject to a service charge.
The Vacheron Constantin Warranty does not cover:
- defects and damage caused by accidents, improper or abusive use (including knocks, dents, crushing, etc.);
- normal wear and tear of the components;
- misuse or lack of regular maintenance or cleaning of the watch;
- defects resulting from magnetic fields or climatic conditions;

- theft or loss.
Subject to your Mandatory Statutory Rights under the Australian Consumer Law, if you make a claim under this Vacheron Constantin Warranty (instead of your Mandatory Statutory Rights) you may be responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials.

Manage my digital passport
In 2019, Vacheron Constantin introduced the Digital Passport, using blockchain technology to ensure trust, transparency, and traceability for its clients.
Each Digital Passport is unique and holds key information about the timepiece, including its ownership history and technical user guide. The Digital Passport can be easily transferred to subsequent owners for enhanced trust in provenance on the secondary market.
LOST OR STOLEN WATCH
Register your lost or stolen watch

Enquirus.com aims to reduce and if possible, eliminate the theft of luxury watches and associated fraud. All watches manufactured with a unique identifier (serial number) can be registered on this free of charge and user-friendly platform. In turn, the database is a useful tool for law enforcement agencies dealing with suspicious watches and anyone purchasing a pre-owned watch.
